Sample Summer Projects
-
All of the above programs involve students in realistic
summer research experiences. To give you a flavor of what
is involved, we have put together a
list of projects
from 1999, together with some of the plans for the summer of
2000. There is also a page that gives a
random sample of the projects from 1996 and 1997.

AT&T Visiting Professors
-
AT&T has a long tradition of ties to the academic community.
One mechanism for this connection is the involvement of faculty
members in summer collaborations with staff members in the
research organization at AT&T Labs.
Such collaborations are usually arranged individually,
as a result of other professional contacts.

Electronic Resume Submission
-
Our resume submission system has continued to evolve since its introduction
in January of 1996. Recent additions include an update mechanism
that students can use for various purposes, and the ability to send
postscript or pdf documents (via a staff member or recruiter) for
uploading as an adjunct to a submitted resume.
Due to the ease of document distribution which it affords, our
Web Resume Database is now the official repository of virtually all
information on applicants for both summer jobs and regular employment.
If you haven't sent us your resume, you may do so from the pages
regarding regular employment or
internships.
A complete page of
contact information
is provided to help you find the correct
forms and addresses to use.
