If p>2 and 2^p-1 is prime (a Mersenne prime) then m=2^(p-2)*(2^p-1) is in the sequence because phi(m)=2^(p-2)*(2^(p-1)-1); sigma(m)= (2^(p-1)-1)*2^p hence (phi(m)*sigma(m))^(1/2)=2^(p-1)*(2^(p-1)-1) is an integer.
