As a triangle: T(n,k) = C(n,m) where m = floor[(n+1)/2 - (-1)^(n-k)*(k+1)/2].

a(0, k)=C(k, [k/2])=A001405(k); for n>0 T(n, k)=T(n+1, k-2)+T(n-1, k).
