COMMENT

Coefficients in expansion of Dirichlet series Product_p (1-(Kronecker(m,p)+1)*p^(-s)+Kronecker(m,p)*p^(-2s))^(-1) for m = -3.

(Number of points of norm n in hexagonal lattice) / 6, n>0.

The hexagonal lattice is the familiar 2-dimensional lattice in which each point has 6 neighbors. This is sometimes called the triangular lattice.
