Comment from T. D. Noe, Apr 29 2007: For the formula to produce this sequence, the two minus signs should be pluses and a 1 should be added: 21/10*n^5+21/4*n^4+28/3*n^3+35/4*n^2+137/30*n+1;

Comment from njas, May 04 2007: In that case I need to recheck both the formula and the values to see which is correct.
