x is in the sequence if Floor[ x/2 ] is not only central but also a place of maximum for the number of divisors of C[ n,k ] binomial coefficients.

EXAMPLE

If n=10 and k=0,...,10 then d[ C[ 10,k ] ]=1,4,6,16,16,18,16,16,6,4,1. The maximum of A000005[ C[ 10,k ] ] values, i.e. 80 is appears at k=5, the central coefficient. Thus 10 is in this sequence.
