COMMENT

Least n-tuply balanced primes: primes which are averages of both their immediate neighbor, their second neighbors, their third neighbors, ... and their n-th neighbors.

EXAMPLE

The primes after 18731 are 18743 and 18749 - gaps of 12 and 6 and the primes before 18731 are 18719 and 18713 - gaps of 12 and 6 (in reverse), so 18731 is in the sequence.
