EXAMPLE

1 and 3 are not the sum of a prime lucky number and a twin even-lucky-number, so a(1) = a(2) = 0; 5=3+2 (one way, so a(3)=1); 7=3+4 (so a(4)=1); 9=3+6=7+2 (so a(5)=2); etc.
