EXAMPLE

a(13)=a(1*10^1+3*10^0)=1^2*10^1+3^2*10^0=10+9=19.

a(14)=a(1*10^1+4*10^0)=1^2*10^1+4^2*10^0=10+16=26.

a(48)=a(4*10^1+8*10^0)=4^2*10^1+8^2*10^0=160+64=224.
