Let p(n) denotes the length of the period of u(n,k) (i.e. the smallest integer such that u(n,k)=u(n,k+p(n))) p(n)=22,12,22,21,15,9,15,9,15,9....(n=1,2,3,4,5,6...) Hence for n>4 p(n)=15 if n is odd p(n)=9 if n is even.
