Since A061373 is pseudo-logarithmic with A061373(m*n)=A061373(m)+A061373(n) for m,n>1, its prime basis is sufficent to define it.

FORMULA

a(n)=A061373(A000040(n)), where p(n)=A000040(n) lists the primes. If p(n)-1 is written as product p(i)^e_i, then a(n) = 1 + sum a(i)*e_i.
