COMMENT

Zero values are not proved. I have searched for a(33) (p^6*q^2) and a(42) (p^7*q^2) up to 10^20, and for the other six zeros (p^5 through p^10) up to 10^40. - David Wasserman (wasserma(AT)spawar.navy.mil), Feb 17 2005

EXAMPLE

a(7) = 14641 because A083435(7) = 16, the fourth power of a prime, and 14641 is the smallest palindrome that is the fourth power of a prime.
