a(2)=2, a(3)=3, a(4)=4 because the first occurrence of exactly 3 consecutive

primes of the form 6*k-1 (47,53,59) follows the first occurrence of

exactly 2 (23,29) and precedes the first occurrence of exactly 4

(251,257,263,269) primes of this form.
