COMMENT

Let B(n) be the sequence A091821. If n (n>1) is a power of 2 then B(m) >= ceil(n/floor(1+log2(n))) for all m >= n. So if a number i does not occur within the first k (k>1) numbers of A091821 and k is a power of 2 and i < ceil(k/floor(1+log2(k))), i will not occur anywhere within A091821.
