COMMENT

Leftmost column (1, 7, 25, 65, 140...= A001296, 4-D pryamidal numbers). Row sums = 1, 10, 46, 146, 371...(A024166) B * A generates triangle A098358.

FORMULA

Triangle is extracted from A * B, A = [1; 1, 3; 1, 3, 6;...]; B = [1; 2, 1; 3, 2, 1;...] both infinite lower triangular matrices with the rest of the terms zeros.

EXAMPLE

First few rows of the triangle are:

1;

7, 3;

25, 15, 6;

665, 45, 26, 10;

140, 105, 71, 40, 15;

266, 210, 155, 103, 57, 21;
