Every row = A023537: 1, 5, 13, 28, 54, 98...starting from the right, where A023537 = the convolution of natural numbers with Lucas numbers. The triangle is extracted from A * B; A = [1; 2, 1; 3, 2, 1;...]; B = [1; 3, 1; 4, 3, 1; 7, 4, 3, 1;...]; both infinite lower triangular matrices with the rest of the terms zeros.
