Note that a(7)=a(8). Infinite sequence for digital representation of e should have (infinite number of) repetitions of its starting segment of arbitrary length. So it is interesting to look for extension of the SEQ. Cf. A065593 First re-appearance of first n digits in decimal expansion of e.
