FORMULA

JIS[8/13, 2]

EXAMPLE

Binary expansion of 13/21 is periodic: 0.(1,0,0,1,1,1,0,1,1,0,0,0)

position digit 1-> 1 4 5 6 7 8...

we create binary JIS as partial sums of infinite sum 2^(n-1) where n is position where digits 1 occured in binary expansion). First term: 2^(1-1)=1 Second term 2^(1-1)+2^(4-1)=9 Third term 2^(1-1)+2^(4-1)+2^(5-1)=25 etc.
