EXAMPLE

The divisors of 12 are 1,2,3,4,6,12. 1+2+3+4 = 10, which is smaller than 12; but 1+2+3+4+6 = 16, which is >= 12. 6 is the 5th divisor of 12, so a(12) = 5.
