Inner product of two arithmetic series: (1,4,7,...,3n-2)*(3,5,7,...,2n+1) = sum((3i-2)*(2i+1),i=1...n) = 1*3+4*3+7*7+...+(3n-2)*(2n+1) = (1/2)*n*(4*n^2+5*n-3).
