FORMULA

k-th column is comprised solely of A000110(n); where A000110 = the Bell sequence: (1, 1, 2, 5, 15, 52, 203,...). Q * M, as infinite lower triangular matrices; Q = [1; 1, 1; 1, 1, 1;...] and M = the Bell sequence in the main diagonal and the rest zeros.
