Start with R(m,n)=(m(m-1)+n(n-1))/2 for m>=1,n>=1. Put R(m,n)=0 if m=0 or n=0. Define w(m,n)=R(m,n)-R(m-1,n-1)-R(m,n-1)-R(m-1,n) for m>=1, n>=1. Then the weight array W={w(m,n)} is A144217. (See A144112.)
