FORMULA

a(2n)=A000290(n). a(2n+1)=A001844(n). O.g.f.: x(1+x+x^2)(1+x^2)/((1-x)^3(1+x)^3). a(n)=3*a(n-2)-3*a(n-4)+a(n-6).
