COMMENT

Prime digit = 2, 3, 5 or 7. Nonprime digit = 0, 1, 4, 6, 8 or 9.

EXAMPLE

If n=31=prime and 127=prime(31), then 1(1)<2(2 and 7) and 31=a(3). if n=37=prime and 157=prime(37), then 1(1)<2(5 and 7) and 37=a(4). If n=59=prime and 277=prime(59), then 0<3(2, 7 and 7) and 59=a(5), etc.
