EXAMPLE

If prime=n=11(0) and prime(11)=31(1), then 0<1 and 11=a(1). If prime=n=19(0) and prime(19)=67(1), then 0<1 and 19=a(2). If prime=n=31(1) and prime(31)=127(2), then 1<2 and 31=a(3), etc.
