COMMENT

A SOLSSOM is a self-orthogonal Latin square with a symmetric orthogonal mate. For even n, the enumeration results given here are with respect to unipotent SOLSSOMs only (i.e. SOLSSOMs for which the symmetric mate has a constant diagonal).
