The Workshop will take place Friday and Saturday, August 1-2, in Sequoia Hall  on the campus of Stanford University.

Housing Information for Attendees:

All participants are responsible for reserving their own housing,
there are several options:

Following are the instructions to apply for campus housing:

  1. Go to the Conference center website 
  2. After reviewing the housing options and policies, click on "online application" in the Application Procedures section.
  3. Click on "Conference Attendee."
  4. Enter the password 439sh.  (Type next page even if you get an error)
  5. Fill out the application that appears and then click the "submit" button.
  6. Print the deposit form that appears, fill out your credit card information and sign it, then fax or mail it to Conference Services.

You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment.  A few days later, the Conference Services office will send you a confirmation.

Food:

We will ask you later on for a small food contribution so that we can cater the meals at the workshop site.

Funding:

We do have a limited amount of funding, courtesy of IMS, to be used for meals/housing for graduate students.  If you are interested in applying for support, let us know when you register.
